  • Dining Guide Top 10 2015
    The competition for the “Restaurant of the Year” title was announced again in 2015 by Hungarian culinary magazine Dining Guide. Restaurant Alabárdos was chosen to be among the 10 best restaurants of Hungary.
  • Gault&Millau Hungary 2016
    Gault&Millau is one of the best known and most influential restaurant guides. The guide is published each year, Gault&Millau Hungary 2016 will be the fourth printed edition. Alabárdos gained 16 points out the maximum of 20, therefore two toques were awarded to us, which means “outstandingly good and creative kitchen”, it is considered to be equal to a Micehlin star.
  • Michelin Guide
    Highly recommends Alabárdos amongst the best restaurants in Budapest each year since 2006.
  • Best of Budapest
    The Restaurant has been granted the “Best of Budapest” prize every year since 2003.
  • Tradition and Evolution
    This is the most influential domestic hot platter making chef competition, which is based on the system of the well-known and prestigious Bocuse D’or. In the final of 2006-2007 our Chef Attila Bicsár has gained 1st place, and 3rd place he gained afterwards in the Central-European final. In 2009-2010 three of our cooks qualified into the final.
